Heléne van Niekerk
2006
Heléne van Niekerk was born and raised in Gauteng and completed her schooling at Leeuwenhof Academy in Johannesburg.
2013 - 2019
In 2013, she obtained a BCom Law degree from the University of Pretoria. She commenced her articles in 2014 at Van Der Merwe, Cronjé and Kaplan Attorneys in Krugersdorp, where she remained employed until 2022. During this time, she completed her LLB degree at the University of South Africa (UNISA), completed her articles, and was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2019.
2019 - 2022
She was subsequently admitted as a Conveyancer in 2022. Her experience spans over multiple areas of law, including litigation, family law, deceased estates, trusts, contracts, and conveyancing.
2023 Onwards
In January 2023, Mrs. van Niekerk relocated to Mokopane and joined Borman, Snyman & Barnard Inc. as an attorney. Her primary focus includes deceased estates, estate planning, trusts, and conveyancing.
